Don’t worry about keeping up with the trends, we’ve got you covered!

Over the past few years, we have seen a huge boom in the digital marketing space. With that comes the need for beautiful, engaging content that will create a community around your brand. Content marketing is the next phase of the digital marketing revolution. Our team of experts can help you craft a strategy that suits your needs in authentic, organic ways.

What is content marketing?

Content marketing is a strategic way to share creative, engaging materials across various social media platforms. This form of marketing is common on digital marketing teams to attract key audiences to promote a brand or a business. It’s effective because it allows you to communicate with your client in an interactive way. By doing so, you build a community around your brand. Most people nowadays are looking for companies and teams they connect with. When you curate content, you are able to tap into the emotions and interests on a deeper level.

Putting together a well crafted feed is no easy feat. There is a lot that goes into it. A consultant from our team can discuss effective ways to get the most out of each material you post. Some of these materials can be ads, social media graphics, Instagram stories, Facebook posts, blog posts, and the list goes on.

The biggest takeaway from content marketing is that it needs to be intentionally thought out. Many brands and companies plan their content strategies months in advance because with every post appropriate hashtags and tags needed to be included to drive more traffic.

Technology is one of those areas that only get better with time. This year, some of the latest and greatest innovations are coming our way faster than we may think. Don’t worry, I have you covered. Not all trends apply to grow your business but are still valuable to be aware of. We narrowed down the most important ones that you should watch out for.

    1. eCommerce is making a big impact
eCommerce deals with any transaction that’s made online. That means every store purchase, in-app purchase, mobile pay, etc. It’s becoming more and more common to find people who use their phones as their personal wallets. This opens the opportunity for brands and companies to ensure that their platforms can hold up to this wave of consumers who prefer to use their phones than their actual credit cards. Features like face recognition payments and improved thumbprint technologies are about to make an appearance on a much larger scale than they have in the past.
    2. Augmented Reality is becoming a reality
We see examples of AR in the gaming space but we don’t realize that AR is closer to us than we may think. There are new entrances of AR into the market that are cheaper, faster, and a lot more space efficient. AR is entering our retail stores with more interactive mannequins or inventory displays. Or you can even purchase your next car without ever leaving your home. Joining the AR bandwagon and finding innovative ways to use AR in your business will bring you a lot of success!
    3. Bots on bots on bots
These tiny helpers are making a big impact. Bots are becoming more and more popular as industry leaders use bots to learn more about their customers, improve customer service, and so much more. A bot is a preprogrammed tool that responds to various commands. For example, most customer service claims are monitored and handled by a preprogrammed bot. Bots can be programmed to really drive your business in almost any aspect. It can remind your customers when they need to repurchase an item, help you understand data sets, or just be a resource for your employees.

There will be several other budding trends that pop up in business and technology that may surprise us.
